Not sure why Capcom does this, but those who purchased Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 originally now have to shell out more cash for an updated version with more characters. Perhaps this will teach early adopters from jumping on the bandwagon too early. Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 will be released in November for $39.99.
