E3 has come and gone and now the gaming world is getting prepared for Gamescom 2011. Wargaming.net announced that they will be participating in the event.

    Wargaming.net announces today their participation at Gamescom 2011, the largest European trade fair for interactive games and entertainment, taking place at the Köln Messe in Cologne, Germany, from August 17 to August 21.

    Along with entertaining the Gamescom visitors with the highly acclaimed World of Tanks action MMO by holding an open tournament for all attendees, Wargaming.net will also be introducing their newest MMO project World of Warplanes recently announced during E3 2011. Media will be able to take a first look at World of Warplanes gameplay, as well as discover the main features of the game during personal presentations in the business area of Gamescom 2011.

    The main highlight of the event will be the announcement of a new project Wargaming.net has recently started to develop.
