Deep Silver is bringing us a special DLC pack of Who Wants to be a Millionaire? that will focus on South Park. The DLC will be available for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

From the press release:

Deep Silver, doublesix digital and South Park Digital Studios proudly announce that the Emmy® Award-Winning Serieswill be the first licensed question pack for Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?: Special Editions. The DLC package is being produced in cooperation with 2waytraffic International, part of Sony Pictures Television, which owns and licenses the Who Wants to be a Millionaire? format around the world and South Park Digital Studios. It will be released alongside the main game on PlayStation®3 and the Xbox 360®video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.

Fans can look forward to hundreds of specific questions based on the South Park universe, as well as a fully themed Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? studio and featuring an original South Park introduction. The Millionaire set host, audience – including main South Park characters – lifelines and contestants are all themed around the classic animated series. This pack also includes five player avatars, especially designed by the South Park Team, alongside hundreds of questions taken from across all 15 seasons of the show. Even the Phone-A-Friend lifeline features characters from the South Park world.

Based on the world’s most successful TV game show, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?: Special Editions retains all the excitement and atmosphere of the original program. Contestants participate in the fastest finger round and then scale a mountain of questions in the quest for that elusive virtual million, making judicious use of the three classic lifelines – Fifty-Fifty, Ask The Audience, and Phone-A-Friend. It’s a social experience, too:
up to four friends can compete locally to outdo each other, with each person’s score dependent on their speed.

But the standout feature of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?: Special Editions is the introduction of special licensed question packs featuring the biggest names from movies, TV and much more, all of which will be made available as DLC to bolt on to the main game.

The first Special Edition pack, South Park, will be released along with Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?: Special Editions and a Who Wants To Be A Movie Millionaire? theme pack later this year via PlayStation®Store and the Xbox LIVE® Marketplace for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, with more to follow in the future.
